1. Information we process

Exception: We do not collect account or payment information, but we process the name, email address, and message supplied when a visitor sends the contact form.

VIZICUBE currently does not offer user accounts and does not directly collect names, addresses, or payment information.

• Server logs may contain an IP address, access time, requested URL, browser, and operating-system information.
• The vizicube_language cookie stores your language choice.
• Before consent or after you decline, Google Analytics may process limited cookieless measurement signals. If you allow analytics cookies, it may additionally process page visits, approximate country or region, device/browser type, and site usage information.

2. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, request type, subject, message, and any optional environment information so we can reply. The request is emailed to kimjunghyeon@vizicube.net and is not stored in a separate support database. The received email is deleted after the support purpose is complete unless retention is required by law or for security.

3. On-device files

Images and project data opened in Vmind, Viet, and V-Packer are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to VIZICUBE servers. Browser autosave data remains in your browser. Files you download are saved to a location you choose on your device.

4. Purposes

• Providing the site, diagnosing errors, and maintaining security
• Remembering language and settings
• Limited basic visit measurement, and visit analysis and usability improvement when you consent

5. Google Analytics and optional analytics cookies

VIZICUBE uses Google Analytics 4 with advanced consent mode. Analytics storage is denied by default. Before consent or after you decline, limited cookieless measurement signals including the page URL and basic device information may still be sent to Google. An IP address may be processed transiently for approximate location and security.

If you allow analytics cookies, only analytics_storage is granted and first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_* may be set. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied. Google Signals and personalized advertising are disabled.

6. Retention and deletion

The language cookie may remain for up to one year. Your analytics-cookie choice and tool autosave data remain in browser storage. If you consent, Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years by default. You can remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Server logs are retained only as needed under the hosting provider’s operational and security policies and applicable law.

7. Service providers and international processing

Our hosting provider may process access logs. Google LLC and its affiliates may process limited cookieless measurement signals before consent or after you decline, and additional analytics information if you consent. Information may be processed outside your country under the provider’s retention and safeguard policies.

8. Your choices and rights

Analytics cookies are optional and all tools remain available if you decline. You may change your choice at any time using the button below or Analytics settings in the site footer. You can also block Google Analytics requests through browser settings or content-blocking tools, and remove cookies, local storage, and autosaved work through your browser settings.

9. Security

VIZICUBE uses HTTPS, access controls, security headers, and data minimization. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

VIZICUBE does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe such information has been processed.
