1. Information we process

Exception: We do not collect account or payment information, but we process the name, email address, and message supplied when a visitor sends the contact form.

VIZICUBE currently does not offer user accounts and does not directly collect names, addresses, or payment information.

• Server logs may contain an IP address, access time, requested URL, browser, and operating-system information.
• The vizicube_language cookie stores your language choice.
• Without analytics cookies, Google Analytics may process limited signals about page visits, approximate country or region, device/browser type, and site interactions.

2. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, request type, subject, message, and any optional environment information so we can reply. The request is emailed to kimjunghyeon@vizicube.net and is not stored in a separate support database. The received email is deleted after the support purpose is complete unless retention is required by law or for security.

3. On-device files

Images and project data opened in Vmind, Viet, and V-Packer are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to VIZICUBE servers. Browser autosave data remains in your browser. Files you download are saved to a location you choose on your device.

• Providing the site, diagnosing errors, and maintaining security
• Remembering language and settings
• Cookie-free visit measurement and usability improvement

5. Cookie-free Google Analytics

VIZICUBE uses limited cookie-free measurement in Google Analytics 4 for basic visit statistics. Analytics and advertising storage are always denied, so no Google Analytics browser cookie or user identifier is stored. We also disable advertising signals, Google Signals, and personalized advertising. Limited non-identifying measurement signals may be sent to Google without requiring a button click. An IP address may be processed transiently for approximate location and security.

6. Retention and deletion

The language cookie may remain for up to one year. Tool autosave data remains in browser storage until you remove it. Server logs are retained only as needed under the hosting provider’s operational and security policies and applicable law.

7. Service providers and international processing

Our hosting provider may process access logs. For cookie-free Analytics measurement, Google LLC and its affiliates may process limited information outside your country. Their policies govern retention and safeguards.

8. Your choices and rights

Analytics and advertising cookies are not set. You can block Google Analytics requests through browser settings or content-blocking tools, and remove the language cookie, local storage, and autosaved work through your browser settings.

9. Security

VIZICUBE uses HTTPS, access controls, security headers, and data minimization. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

VIZICUBE does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe such information has been processed.
